Generelle Übereinstimmung: Alle Durchschnittsbewertungen der 6 Auswahlkriterien > 2,5 => 1 Punkt.
Favoritenrolle: Prozentsatz der Bewertungen, die ermessen, dass die Innovation als Top-Innovation eine tiefgreifende Wirkung gegen Treibhausgasemissionen erzielen kann > 20% => 1 Punkt.
Ausrichtung: Die Innovation entspricht mit mehr als 90% dem Wirkungsbereich von Time => 0,5 Punkte + ausreichender Reifegrad der Innovation => 0,5 Punkte.
Soziale Akzeptanz: Ergebnis der semantischen Analyse der Kommentare > 0 => 0,5 Punkte/ wenn > 3500 => 1 Punkt.
